3C Farms – Los Angeles, CA
3C Farms is a high-end cannabis cultivator that distributes to its affiliate storefronts—Coast to Coast Collective in Canoga Park and Cannabal City Collective, soon to be re-named “Coast to Coast DTLA”—as well as around a dozen other shops in SoCal. With plans to expand their operation into Salinas and beyond, 3C Farms hopes to eventually operate cultivation and distribution centers “literally from coast to coast.” 3C Farms is gearing up to become a power player in the blooming recreational cannabis industry, and we look forward to watching them become a household name.
The People and Product
Master Grower and Co-Founder Brian Schwartz brings extensive background knowledge to the business. “Josh D. and his college roommate brought the original OG Kush strain to California from Florida back in ‘96, and I’ve known Josh for about 17 years now,” he reveals. “I’ve been growing OG ever since.” 3C Farms excels at synthesizing desired characteristics from thousands of different strains and consistently providing customers with the high-quality flower they’ve come to expect. Lately, their hottest strains include Lime Sherbet, Grape Krush and Illuminati OG.
3C Farms will soon relocate to Coast to Coast DTLA, into the 1400-square-foot building that formerly housed the Cirrus Gallery, “the very first gallery in L.A.’s historic Arts District.” As a tribute to the building’s unique history, space has been set aside for a gallery; the company has brought on renowned photographer and artist Asia Taber as Art Director to create the debut exhibit. Coinciding with the revitalization of DTLA’s nightlife, 3C’s acquisition of a prime location in the Arts District is guaranteed to pay off, especially if zoning laws and regulations ever allow for a consumption lounge!
