Phyllo Canna-Cups

Crispy, Flaky Canna-Goodness!

These tissue-thin layers of pastry are the magic behind spanakopita, baklava and these cannabis-infused delights. I like to bake the crusts (brushed with canna-butter) before filling to take the flaky crispness to a whole new level. Try softened cream cheese mixed with chopped sautéed mushrooms and onions if you prefer a savory filling!


Yields: 30

2 pkg. frozen phyllo pastry cups, 15 per box

¼ cup canna-butter, melted

1 cup honey yogurt, or flavor of your choice

1/3 cup raspberries

1/3 cup blueberries

1/3 cup chopped strawberries


  1. Heat oven to 340°. Place the phyllo cups on a baking sheet. Lightly brush the inside of each cup with the canna-butter. Bake for three to five minutes. Allow to cool.
  2. Divide the yogurt between the 30 cups, about one tablespoon in each. Top with the fruit and serve!
